All Day Delivery have been working with Harris Farm for many years. Around 2 years ago, they took over the transport for the majority of our retails stores. Witnessed a shocking display from one of their drivers at Wareemba IGA, my unit overlooks the entire car park and I walk across it daily with small kids. it’s a very small car park but this guy was basically blocking the whole entry forcing cars to go against traffic.He then parked blocking the exit leaving no room for parking in the front row, people pulled up behind him and he reversed and began to lower his truck to unload basically hovering on the bonnet of a parked car with child inside. Drivers were honking and a lady even stopped her car to tell him to stop and he had some nasty words.He moved forward an inch and did the same thing. Owner of the car ran out with an employee and the driver yelled at her oh well move your car if I scratch it company will pay for it. I understand it was a very small and busy car park, it was the end of the day and the delivery driver was visibly irate but his behaviour was beyond unprofessional and dangerous, plenty of witnesses, we reached out to the woman, got photos of driver too. Number plate was XN 69SRUpdate-While I appreciate the reply I’m disappointed to hear that you support this behaviour, this driver was approached by more than one person and honked at by a few drivers who saw him backing onto the vehicle.When a woman walked tried to intervene with her small child he was already visibly irate. When the cars owner and IGA employee ran out it was obviously in a panic, she definitely wasn’t rude but seemed quite shocked and scared.I witness delivery’s every day and there’s usually no issues and I’ve never felt compelled to write a review. Once again before this driver was even approached he was quite obviously annoyed and irritated. While I’m glad you plan to review cameras, I’m disappointed you jumped to condone such behaviour from your employees.
