Thankyou Takalvans Bundaberg, Justin you are 1 of the best people we have had the pleasure of dealing with from your updates to all the things we went through yesterday when we picked up our caravan. Also Dale when we went through the handover and the way in which it was presented we thankyou and for the way that you setup the van to be towed, nothing was to much trouble. It is exceptionally good to tow to by the way. All the staff there a very friendly and do their best to describe or supply what you are after. Once again thankyou all. It is the best service around. We will be getting all our van servicing and repairs done with you guys and girls. See you for our first service.

What an amazing store! Everything you could possibly need for your camping/caravanning repairs and so much more. Loved it! We've marked that as the go to place in the Bundy region if we need repairs/spare parts, when we are here next.

I recently had an electric awning replaced through insurance. Takalvans did a terrible job. The arms were placed too low so the top shrouds had to be cut to allow the canvas to roll back properly. The wiring outlet was covered by a grey conduit box and the LED lights weren't connected (too hard). Totally disappointed in the result.

The best and most efficient and prompt customer service we have ever experienced in regards to our recently purchased used New Age Caravan. All other New Age businesses that we contacted for much needed spare parts, never responded or replied to our enquiries or requests, but Dale was able to help us with just one contact. I was advised by my insurance company to contact Takalvans re my insurance claim to firstly, get an appraisal to the damage and then Amy would advise me the course of action that would follow.When i first met Amy, i was pleased with her friendly greeting and the advice she gave me. I had a deadline for the repairs as i had a trip prepared and she assured me that she wood order the parts and monitor every step to ensure my forthcoming holiday.She did everything to make me confident that she really cared for her customers.
