Wonderful customer service. I attended there in need for a new drain for a vanity in our bathroom. Robert helped me and not knowing much about plumbing he walked me through each step. Helped me with the right materials and I was able to get the job done easily. It is a great store.

I buy all of my irrigation supplies from this store. The prices are reasonable and there are enough parking spaces. There is also a civil plumbing section on the same location. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I'm renovating my bathroom and used their 3D planner to get my foundation and design layout how I wanted but I eventually got stuck and met with Katie in the showroom. She showed me some tips and tricks with the planner but also provided advice and guidance on what would and wouldn't work in my space. Katie listened to what I was wanting to achieve with my new bathroom and was patient and very informative when I was confused and unsure with my endless options. She made the process simple and pleasant and didn't sell me anything I didn't need or pushed me towards items/range that were beyond my budget, that was VERY refreshing. The showroom was set up to demonstrate their range well to give me ideas and finishes I hadn't thought of before so that was visually helpful.

I went and bought/ordered new taps today (9.3.21). I was attended to by Nicole. A very pleasant, polite person even though she was busy.She is a credit to herself and an asset to Reece Campbelltown.That was in complete contrast to the rude and dismissive fella at Gregory Hills 20 minutes earlier.Thank you Nicole.
