Sean & the team are truely exceptional. Turned up on time, super fast and so hard working. Took great care to make sure everything I needed was done. Went above and beyond. DO NOT USE!!! THIS MESSAGE COMES WITH A WARNING!!!!Had been quoted and end price which was paid upfront prior to collection. 4 hours late to pick up, no contact at all to advise. Were efficient with collection however was hours later when was alerted that load had not reached storage area. They had stopped on the way to do another job, by the time reached storage facility reception had closed and were not able to access lock that had been pre arranged for. They put their own lock on shed door, advised that delivery took longer than anticipated and that we owed another $220 and advised were holding our tv as leverage until extra payment was received. This is STEALING!!! They are supposed to be professionals who are entrusted with our belongings. This is wrong by any standards. We also had another separate booking arranged which I was prompt to cancel and was informed very rudely that there is no way I will be getting my refund. I advised him this is no way to conduct his business. He then ranted and raved on the phone and hung up on me.

CRITICALThis company stole from a charity. Asked to be paid upfront- took the significant payment and then didn’t show and won’t answer their phone. These guys are a scam STAY AWAY!

DO NOT USE!! Like the other people have said, if you're not the first job of the day, you'll be waiting. Sean had told me he would be at my place at midday. After hours of waiting, and a couple of phone calls, he called me at 5pm to say he would be there at 6pm. And if I didn't like it, to get someone else. 6 hours late! Needless to say I didn't use him and he has kept my deposit. Now I'm going to have to chase for that.

Stay well clear of these guys .Was supposed to be following us to new property . Waiting at property for Hours and didn’t turn up . Decided to take truck to their home in an areas in opposite direction. Wouldn’t answer phone : basically got to the point I reported to police stuff had been stolen . Advised via text if he didn’t return stuff immediately would be sending the detectives . Mysteriously turned up a few hrs later saying what’s the problem and then demanding I pay before unloading . Very unpleasant experience . And very suspicious behaviour ! Zero stars

I do not recommend ever using this service.On the day we had planned to move, we had 4 people waiting to help load and unload items on the truck. The removalists arrived 5 hours later than originally planned. 2 of the people we had waiting had to leave after waiting for so long, and we lost our afternoon. This is not acceptable, especially when you consider that a lot of people don't want to hang around the place you are moving away from(ex's house, parent's after a family dispute, etc).Communication was so abhorrent, the man who runs the business even tried to appease us by saying he would get to our old house earlier than was possible. He originally said that his removalists would arrive at 1pm, but after they didn't we called him and asked when we could be expecting them. No response. It turns out he was ignoring all phone calls from the person who hired him. To contact him, another person called from our group, to which he answered and told us he would arrive at 30 minutes sooner than the removalist was able to arrive.Talking to the removalists revealed that the owner had overbooked his business. His removalists had 4 houses booked in the one day, and we were at the very end. His workers had been on shift for over 13 hours! If you know that you have overbooked, you MUST tell your clients that you can't move them, so at least we don't wait for 5 hours in front of our house. We ended up having to unpack the next day aswell.After being moved to the new house, lots of our furniture sustained minor to moderate damages. Things like scuffs and cracks in the wood causing legs to become unstable permanently.After all this we never got our price discounted or even a sorry. Terrible service.

A 2 B Removals were exceptionally professional on Saturday as they moved our furniture from Sunshine Coast to Newport near Redcliffe.They also went out of their way to do a little bit extra for us.They have been extremely courteous,helpful and very fast in their job..I would recommend them to anyone who require fast efficient service.Great job Sean.Cheers..Vim Sharma
