No toilets but lots of parking. 525 bus usually there at same time when train arrives. You can also buy myki cards from the machine there. It accepts cash and eftpos etc. Wish there was a mobile coffee van/shop.

Platform 2 is the worst always static in the speakersBut both platforms are like wind tunnels and it's freezing the loud noise from the freight trains blows your ears off there's no closed in waiting room so it's always freezing even when it's hot days access is a joke

There is not even a board or any sign to go which way. It’s not mention on station platform . We asked one staff lady who I think works for station she was saying you have to figure it out which way to go city by just looking the direction. Awful experience. It’s is looks like ghost station. Bad service
