After a bad experience with eyelash extensions from another service I researched the internet looking for the best person in Sydney to fix my horrific lashes! The lashes I had applied previously where heavy, itchy and i felt like I was going for the drag queen look. I contacted Samantha and she suggested to make a booking so they could remove the lashes and see what damage had been done. Although my lashes were damaged they put a new set on for me which are much lighter, more natural looking and pain free! I was so happy with the service I received at the lash lounge and can't thank them enough for my new lashes! Not only did i get a great set of lashes but they were concerned about the state of my natural lashes and helping me to repair the damage done from my first set. They were both so friendly and helpful and I would recommend the lash lounge to anyone who asks!

So thrilled with the results of my lashes from The Lash Lounge! I have had bad experiences at other reputable lash salon's in Sydney, where 15-20 of the extensions have been falling out after less than 24 hours despite me looking after them.One day later and I have had not noticed a single extension falling off after having a classic set as the Lash Lounge. For a minute I thought Charlize was saying Sam was a rude person! I totally agree with all the good reviews.I am young and I don't have time to spend every morning and every time I leave the house doing my eye make up. I have been to A LOT of places in Sydney and the quality of the lashes they use are heinous. Sam uses these fine lashes that are so realistic but still give a dramatic effect. I have terrible eyelashes normally and Sam has saved my life.I never got compliments before but I certainly do now.She is by far the best in Sydney and I would never go anywhere else.And for the person who said her customer service was bad, sorry but you are mistaken.

Samantha has looked after my lashes for the last 7 months and I couldn't be happier. Never any issues. This is the only salon I have been completely happy with.

I first came across The Lash Lounge after doing research on eyelash extensions because the cheap ones I had on were very uncomfortable. Upon seeing their website it appeared they pride themselves in ensuring their clients' real eyelashes remain healthy and warn the risks of going for cheap eyelashes.Needless to say I gave The Lash Lounge a call and Samantha gave the time to answer all of the questions I had regarding their work.Unfortunately she spent nearly 2 hours removing my old lash extensions only to see the amount of damage it did to my real lashes. She advised I come back in 2.5 weeks before she put a new set on to let my real lashes grow back because she had no canvas to work on.When came the day I got my new set, I was not disappointed. My new lash extensions felt like I didn't have any at all. They even looked so real that it's as if I was born with really long lashes!The Lash Lounge keeps their promise. Not only that, their service is impeccable, and Samantha was kind enough to not over charge me with the removal.As they say - You get what you pay for". If you want lash extensions

Oh my gosh!!What a rude person. I visited this salon several times and then a few others. This is the only salon I intend to return to. The service was impeccable and the quality of my lashes just did not compare to others. I intend to return soon. Customer privacy and service was of the highest standard. Perhaps the poor unfortunate person visited the wrong establishment in the first place and couldn't remember where she was.

The most fabulous lashes in Sydney. Hands down. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If you're new to lashes or have had the all too frequent disaster lashes (thick, clumpy, heavy glue, falling out after two days), then see Sam and her team. You'll have long, soft, luscious lashes that actually last. I'd give 6 stars if I could, love your work x
