I would highly recommend this Mechanics as first of all they are extremely honest, courteous, professional and don't rip-off the customers. They do what they say in the specified time and don't make the customers run everytime for any work. Also, the best part is that they never refuse for any job...maybe if it's small or big. They never hesitate to stamp your log book and give invoice. Specially Mr.John, he is a gem of a person, even every staff-mechanics are very polite.I would highly recommend their services.

I trust John and Andrew to manage the care of my car, they give wonderful service, are very reasonably priced and always get directly to the fault unlike some mechanics who fix everything else. I have been going out of my way for about 3 years now to continue taking my cars to them after I moved away from the area and they have been my mechanic for about 6 years. They always look after their customers really well.

Just had my car service, so disappointed, I got a voucher through Groupon, the worst idea I ever had!He told me everything was checked and working fine, the first thing that I was aware of was that my car was ready in less than 2 hours, honestly that never happened before with any other service,So I started to check my car, first thing I did was check out the oil, the level was okay, but the oil was coming out very dirty and with some residual, I’m doubting if they used new oil, and practically the only thing they did was to refill the oil, in the service was included a check on the air filter, coolant, aircon and so on, nothing was checked, as all the levels are low, but he told me that everything is working perfectly, when I know my aircon has a little problem, when I know my breaks make a noise, when I asked him about it, he said... well if you have told us, we could have checked it out.... really? Isn’t that the reason i brought my car to service? To know rid the car has any problem?I seriously recommend to everyone, if you still trusted in this place, just check your engine and confirm it by your own! they didn’t do anything!They only refill the oil, and I’m doubting about the oil quality now, and I’m thinking to get a service somewhere else, as I don’t feel safe about this experience at all!Levels low not reported, oil dirty, filters weren’t even checked!So disappointed!

Best work shop ever really good customer service down to earth people, had a massive issue with my battery in my bmw, and they fixed it and replaced within an hour! And also touched up a few cosmetic issues free of charge really recommend these guys! Makes you feel welcome and comfortable straight away! Thanks again JR!

Went to book a service, John the owner told as you did last time with us, groupon service only once for customer . As I was not aware about it.. He was very unprofessional and rude. Used some heavy words like abusing the system..when I ask for service charge for car without voucher told 4 time higher price than actual I paid for service on voucher. Look like his tactic to get customer from groupon on cheaper price first time to advertise and next time you go back will ripoff your pocket. Stay away from this repairer. First good experience turn into bad experience today.

These guys are amazing. Great service to my car and at a fair price

Be warned, expensive poor servicing. Had car 2 1/2 days, incomplete service, as I requested a full service. Coolant system incorrectly flushed & filled with incorrect coolant. Also damage to bonnet & car parked in a way to avoid noticing it. Had knocking in front suspension, cable tie placed on rear suspension to fix, not. Lower control arm bushes were the cause, JR couldn't diagnose. Ripped apart handbrake level cover to find adjustment, no adjustment as it's self adjusting. Front pads worn, didn't pick up. Had to visit another mechanic as I did not feel comfortable that the service was done right. Be wary of JR Mechanical, go elsewhere my best advice.
