I found Natasha to be very friendly and very knowledgeable, I hobbled into her practice and felt relaxed strait away. It was very well presented. I walked out feeling great. 5 stars, highly recommend, first therapist iv been to that actually knows what they are doing.

Thoroughly enjoyed my reflexology with Natasha in her lovely set up at Valentine. She was very informative & knowledgeable and talked me through what she was doing as well as giving me some take home tips to help with my pregnancy. Since having reflexology this morning I feel 100 times better than when I went into my appointment and can't wait to go back for another treatment.

I highly recommend Natasha! After breaking my collar bone last year Natasha was a crucial part of my recovery. I was struggling with referred pain and nerve impingement. Natasha helped me regain my full movement in my shoulder while also reducing referred pain and scar tissue adhesions. I have made a complete recovery and can't even tell that I had this injury now, however I don't believe that would've been the case without Natasha's expertise.

My massage with Tash was therapeutic and non-invasive. I was made to feel completely comfortable and able to relax my stress-ridden body through her application of consistent pressure. I left feeling completely open, and would happily have a massage with Tash again through any of her therapeutic services.
