Extremely nice service and explanations

Hmmm. 3 days before my course was to commence I received a letter to say it was canceled with out reason.. It is poor they didn't put any effort into rescheduling. Lucky I had not booked accommodation yet when I received the letter. It is really poor that they didn't call as soon as they knew. As it was a long weekend I could have been working but got it off for this course. So I call and ask for a refund they say yep no worries. 5 days later I call back and ask what has happened to the refund and they tell me it will be processed in the morning. 3 days later I call again and get told it won't be processed till Monday morning now. So thank you H2o Pro for making everything a lot more difficult then it should have to be.Regards, a very dissatisfied customer.Fiona.

H2O were great! I just did my first update with them, the trainers were very friendly and helpful with a wealth of experience and knowldege. I loved the small class sizes and a really convenient venue! Keep up the great work. Highly recomended!

I rent a property through Barry Plant and H20 pro do the pool servicing, since they have been assigned we haven't had any problems, turn up on time, spend more time than any other company I've seen in our 4 years of renting, not to mention are an absolute pleasure to have around. Purchased a Robo Plus from H2O Pro, not only is it a great product but was delivered ahead of schedule and communications was great. These simple things of delivering as you say and communicating seem to be disappearing from many company's. Thanks and the pool looks almost better than new with the Robo Plus!
