nicest staff ever!! i miss the guy downstairs who sold me all my violins and sheet music books, but congrats to him on retiring. quality instruments, knowledgeable staff and a range of sheet music including all current and older AMEB levels.

Excellent music shop, excellent staff

I bought a guitar here last week for about $600, and the young people who served me were very friendly. However, when I asked them if they had any bags or cases to put my guitar in, they didn't offer me any free options. They just gave me an old guitar box to put in and take home. I had to take it on a 30-minute bus back to my house.

I received fantastic service here. I’ve been wanting to learn the Ukulele and I went in with very little knowledge. I was served by Luke who was clearly knowledgeable across a variety of musical instruments and he was thorough with brand and model of ukulele, explaining the differences in them and showed me the different tonations. I settled on a ukulele which sounds good and feels nice to hold.I did not feel pressured to purchase, Luke explained for me to look at the learning ukulele books downstairs as a starter to learning. I left the store complete with ukulele, tuner, bag and books ready for me to start learning. I’ll be back here for sure for all my musical needs

A great place for violins.Graeme is lovely and finds time to speak and explain things about violins. They also have lots of guitars and other music stuff. Such interesting pictures on the wall.

A great assortment of stock and fairly easy to use website. In the past when I have visited the shop, they have been extremely friendly and keen for a chat.I recently ordered a couple of pieces and it was delivered the next day with a nice note. This is the service and speed you get from dealing with a local business.Once we are out of isolation, I will likely be popping in to try some gear out and a friendly chat.Highly recommend.

Fantastic store with very helpful staff. The only place in town I could find an accessory for my Rode lapel mic. Great selection of guitars and ukuleles too for kids and adults. Everything from sheet music to kazoos. Well worth a look if you're in town and need to visit a music store. I found the staff to be especially helpful.

I purchased a nylon string guitar with pick-ups online and opted for personal collection. The guitar sound is amazing; unfortunately there were some problems. Graeme was very helpful and accomodating throughout the whole process. I am very pleased with the outcome, effort, PROFESSIONALISM and customer service. The customer service was top notch. Thank you Graeme, for the outstanding customer service you have shown me. I really appreciate all you have done for me.
