My son had a great time. The facility is neat and kept clean. There is a reasonable cafe and plenty of seating while waiting for your kids.

Visited on 31 October last year. Nice variety of inflatables. Plenty of undercover parking. A short set of stairs to get to the entrance.

Went there for a birthday party. Kids had fun. Place was pretty clean, food was ok and the coffee was hot. The sand ball was lots of fun. Good place to take the kids. Needs better signage though bit hard to find.

My daughter loves this place. It's has lots of fun play area and it's safe.

i did bday party and they didnt give enough food for kids . it is just 2 chicken nuggets and one pie and one party roll for one child and maybe some fries. Children were so hungry and thirsty during the party time. we asked several times food and they said that they have policy to give only 2 nuggets per child. nothing is solved and they served like woolworths things and it is unfair. they charged $36 per child.

Nice place with lovely staff. Very relaxed and equipped with good quality inflatables. Toddlers section and 5and above areas.

We had my sons birthday party here.The Volume of food is insufficient, seats are not available extra and the service is not satisfactoryNot happy with you guys .

First time here today, took my 10 months year old there. Unfortunately the venue isn’t fit for babies, not much for them to do, far too noisy and crowded and the under 5’s area had kids over the age of 5 which made it very dangerous to leave my kid there. All areas are unmonitored and disorganised. Under staffed with 2 staff working when there were over 100 guests. Also the place is very dirty, you can tell it never gets cleaned or wiped. I even found this in the jumping castle out the back in the under 5’s section. Refer to the attached picture. Not a good experience for the first time and not worth the $9, I wouldn’t be returning.Also answer to the owner, the place was not at all policed the entire time we been there. I should have really received a refund as my baby was barely in that space given the chaos of the day.

Party rooms have not the best design for kids birthdy parties. Not spacious and very hard for parents to move around. The staff were friendly and caring.
