I was thinking about fish and chips. I used to catch the ferry as a kid and hang out at the pier and wanted a good old school fish and chip shop, firstly I had no faith in this fresh approach to a fish shop. I ordered standard fish and chips and it was excellent. Fresh fish battered and cooked perfectly, crunchy chips and a sauce of your choice. The lemonade is really good, nice and zesty and tart. Excellent outlet for this old favorite. Clean, fast, great staff.

Yesterday we visited Manly via a ride on the ferry. At the wharf we enjoyed a feast of seafood goodies including a salmon poke bowl, mixed grilled box, grilled hake, fish tacos, crumbed fish sandwich and of course potato scallops! The food is super reasonably priced and made quick to order. They were even selling $1 tacos!! The shop is called Fish and Lemonade so naturally we had a flavoured lemonade too! So nice! They also have alcoholic drinks and it was the perfect day for a champers too! Stop by sometime for a casual lunch when in the area.

I gotta be honest, it’s pretty basic fish and chips, but it’s still the best value for money fish and chips I can find in Manly. The other shops I’ve gone to are basically selling overpriced chips with barely any fish on them. Would probably be 3 stars somewhere else, but definitely 4 stars in Manly.

Very disappointing place. I came here after TikTok or Instagram recommended it. food was super oily. Chips tasted oily and burnt . Salad was drawn in oil and also not fresh, fish wasn’t even fresh. The fish stink not a fan of this place. don’t recommend coming here so many other places in manly you can check out instead and would be worth your money.

Not the friendliest service here but I enjoyed the fish bucket for $7 with chips. It’s super close to the beach and right outside the ferry station so easy to grab on your way

Had the calamari with chips $6 and lemonade: one with hibiscus and other butterfly pea $3. Prompt service and food was great! First found this place out through their $1 fish tacos, which were also good! Happy to come back.

We took a day trip to Manly beach and right on the quay as we got off the ferry, we stopped by Fish and Lemonade.The convenient location right off the quay and a lot of people got food and drinks for takeout on their way to the beach. We only ordered drinks and it was refreshing. We ordered the classic lemonade, passion fruit as well as watermelon & pomegranate. The drinks were not too sweet and good for a hot day out.It has a cute ambiance with pastel coloured decor. There is also outside seating if you decide to dine in.

Disgraceful! Over cooked fish! Zero flavour! Chopped up lettuce doesn’t make a salad! Absolutely no pride in your product or respect for your customers serving rubbish like this! I’d give it 0 stars if I could!
