When I first started seeing Hayley, I'll admit, I was a bit terrified of going to the hairdresser. I'd done my own hair for so long because I figured if it wasn't going to look how I wanted I may as well get it done free at home. I never thought I'd be the kind of person that would actively look forward to going to the hairdresser. Now, I cannot wait to see Hayley each month and I've gone all out with my hair - I'm being bold, I'm changing colours, I'm getting edgy hairstyles. Sometimes I don't even know what exactly I want but I know what I want it to feel like and I give Hayley the vibe I'm going for and she totally nails it. I cannot recommend her enough.

For the past 15 years I have dyed my hair jet black with supermarket box dye. I wanted a change to welcome turning 30 this year by going lighter. Hayley stepped up to the challenge and after two appointments a few weeks apart, my old hair colour is barely recognisable, actually I am barely recognisable!! But more importantly the health of my hair has been maintained because of the care Hayley has taken to not only deliver the outcome I was after but to ensure minimal damage as possible. I tell you what, it took me a very long time to take the plunge and I am so damn glad I did. Hayley is brilliant at what she does, and the salon vibe is professional, yet warm & welcoming. Phoenix Hair Co has been an absolute blessing from the moment my sister and I stepped in.Hayley is professional, knowledgable and kind. She has brought my hair back to life after multiple box dyes and harsh bleaching. I can now say I love my hair and how much healthier it feels after my initial meeting with Hayley. She is patient and also happy to answer any hair questions I have. She is not only a brilliant hairdresser but has become a friend to me and always has me so excited to visit her lovely salon!
