Absolutely pathetic would not recommend hired and excavator off them a week ago was returned and they have taken a total of $3800 of my account with nothing returned!!! Would not recommend this place!!!

Ground staff are excellent but let down by poor management. Was returning equipment and it was raining. Asked the guys out the back if they wanted help and they said no so went inside to finalise the account. Manager out front said rudely if the boys are getting wet then you're getting wet so get out there or I will make you. I was shocked and went out the back and they said in a happy demeanour that they were fine and had their wet weather gear. Could not believe that I was treated like this and will never go back again.

Hired a Polivac for the day. Cord was not connected after use and was thus shorting the power in the whole strata building. Work ceased, Robert was adamant it was not completes fault and therefore insisted on charging after we were left with an incomplete project and a dent in our credibility ….. very frustrating.
