I placed an order in February 2023 for a foot step. I had received an email to let me know they were out of stock & was given the options to either get a refund or wait. At this point it had already been two months so I was happy to just wait that bit longer as ETA was 3-4 weeks. I followed up again in 24th May to which I was happy to find out stock had arrived & that I just needed to confirm address to which they should have already had upon my initial order???29th of may I receive an email stating that my order should be with me soon. It is now 28th June with no order nor a tracking number or proof shipment has even been sent!
