Re-Set Massage Therapy

Ali has been my massage therapist for many months now and the massages are just beautiful! I have aches and pains all over due to stress, which Ali helps with. She is gentle, and applies just the right amount of pressure where I need it most.I love how relaxing, calm and homely the clinic feels. Ali always makes you feel so incredibly welcome. She is very passionate and personable, and I can't recommend her enough.Thank you Ali!

I first met Ali when she cam to our gym to provide free massages. Immediately I felt her compassion and knew she was a person that I could work with to relieve my aches and pains as aging caught up with me.I went to see Ali in her room at Alex Hills as I had a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulder after overdoing it with gardening and at the gym. I had seen on her Facebook page about a treatment called cupping and thought this as well as a massage was something I wanted to experience. After a wonderful massage to the upper body, Ali explained the cupping process and benefits and I agreed to give it a go. Previously I had only ever seen the aftermath which was large red marks on a colleagues back, not knowing of its benefits. While at times the feeling can be a little uncomfortable, it was nothing overly painful that made me want to stop. Had I not experienced the outcomes, I don't think I would have believed the almost instant relief I experienced. The freedom of movement was totally unexpected and something I have not experienced with other treatment modalities. I thought so much of the service provided by Ali, I bought my daughter a gift voucher in a hope it may help her reduce her headaches from neck strain. I can only hope she experiences the immediate relief that I felt. Thank you Ali.

I had the most incredible massage with Ali! Her style is gentle yet firm enough to 'untangle' tight muscles and 'knotted' feeling areas.I really did feel 're-set' all over, heavenly, is what I called out as Ali was moving from one part of the body to the next!This is a style of massage I really like and I will go for more!

I went into see Re-set massage Therapy as I was getting a lot of migraines.Ali has been working on me for a few weeks and my migraine have reduced.Re-set massage not only helped with my migraines but much much more.You come out feeling refreshed and any aches or pains are gone.Thank you to re-set I can now enjoy doing a lot more activities and if I need to relax I just go and visit re-set.

I've been here several times over the last few months and the massages are great! I generally have quite tight shoulders which has led to some pain, which Ali helps a lot with! The massages are so good and relaxing and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.I really like that it's in a room in a house (with a separate entrance) which makes it feels so much more homely.I love the little touches Ali adds to make it more personal - like bringing out your folder to discuss with you your issues before a massage, and putting scents on the towel your face is on, as well as the oracle reading at the end!Re-set is very much becoming a regular place for me to go!

Ali is a great massage therapist and also does cupping now for those more stubborn aches and pains. The clinic is very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I usually always suffer with tight muscles and I always leave feeling very relaxed after my massages with Ali. Would definitely recommend and go back again. Thanks Ali!!!
