I saw David and the team when my automatic Hamilton watch developed a fault. The damage was a bit more serious than first thought but they did an excellent job to fix it and they managed my anxiety throughout the process.Suffice to say that I’m very happy with their work and will gladly go back when it’s next due for a service.

We brought our wedding bands here and also had my engagement ring reset and it was such an easy process. The owners are friendly, honest and know their stuff!Highly recommend

These guys did a bloody amazing job on our engagement ring!Had to go up 3 sizes from 'O' to 'R' and we requested for the ring to be changed from silver to gold. It came up incredible.It was a quick and easy process and only took 2 weeks. We are very happy with the ring. Thankyou guys!!!

David and his team has done an amazing job with resizing of my engagement, wedding and eternity rings. They look absolutely amazing! They look exactly like the day when my husband purposed and when we first brought my wedding band and my eternity ring. I was absolutely amazed!My engagement had to be cut open from the hospital emergency room due having a swollen finger after a date night with my husband. I seriously thought I have lost my beloved engagement ring when the nurses at the hospital said they have to cut it open to release my finger. But after David and the team reattached and resized it. Oh I could cry!! It looked like nothing has ever happened to that ring.So i like to thank David and the team from the bottom of my heart! It really means a lot to me to be able to wear my beloved rings again.I highly recommend David and the team in resizing and recreating memories of the jewelleries that brings love back their life.Thank you once againWinney

These make believe jewellers are just that!! BEWARE ppl.They sold me diamond earings for $23.000 and when I went to get a valuation it came back as being worth only $16,000. They ripped me off badly by $7,000Also had a few bits and pieces resized and after charging $330 it took them a month to do. They do not have an onsight Jeweller they send everything away. Very untrustworthy ppl and the rudest cow Melissa couldn't even be bothered saying hello when I returned for collection. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND RUN A MILE!!In regard to David's response...all I can say is he's a LIAR. KEEP RUNNING PPL.Had I been satisfied I would of given a complimentary review, but due to such bad service, I will report that!!
