Kool Kids Miami

My son just loves Kool Kids Miami, and so do we! The personalised care shines through, the educators take the time to know each of the kids and look after them so well. They run many fabulous activities that stimulate learning and interaction with the educators and other kids. We love the communication, stories and pictures so we can keep abreast of what our son is up to when we’re missing him at work. The service, cost and care is great, thank you!

We have been part of the Kool kids family for 7 years now and it is amazing! The girls have always treated my kids like their own, they are so amazing with cleaning it’s always spotless and smells so clean. They have long term staff and my kids have always been so happy here. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough

The team at Kool kids Miami are so wonderful! They treated our daughter, her grandparents and our family just like we were family. Such a loving environment and the kindergarten program was excellent. Our daughter started school this year well prepared, confident and with a spring in her step!! After 3 years of my daughter in another Centre, seeing her thrive in just a month at Kool Kids has been an amazing experience. She’s much more enthusiastic, comfortable and confident. I couldn’t be happier and I regret not enrolling her before.

I highly recommend Kool Kids Miami, my son started here at the beginning of the year in kindergarten and has settled in very quickly. The teachers and staff really do care and take the time to get to know every child and their family. Can not thank them enough for the great work they do!!!

My son has recently joined Kool Kids Miami and what I love about it are the friendly staff who just love kids. We had had a previously bad experience at another kindy where the staff didn't seem to want to be there and largely ignored me and my son at drop off. Whereas at Kool Kids everyone seemed to know my son's name straight away and made every effort to settle him in. I get great photos and messages every day which I look forward to getting at work. I also love how the yard is set up for drop off so it's really inviting and fun and my son can't wait to get out there! Thanks Kool Kids Miami!!

Kool Kids Miami is a FANTASTIC centre. The educators are dedicated, loving, friendly and hardworking. The centre is clean and fun and customer service is outstanding. I felt compelled to write a google review after our very positive experience with Koolkids Miami. As grandparents of our one and only little 15 month old granddaughter Annie Grace we were entrusted by her parents who were moving to the Gold Coast to find a child care centre that would not only look after her but where she would thrive and be happy and well cared for. This process soon would seem out of reach and much harder than we would ever imagine. After visiting (in person) at least 10 centres, my husband and I came away every time feeling apprehensive.The day we had a tour with Morgan Lamb (Centre Manager) we knew we had found Annie’s new kindy. Morgan greeted us with a big warm smile and spent the time to make us feel at home. I must say she is a big asset to Koolkids Miami as well as all the happy, friendly staff employed at this centre. As you walk through the front door the smell of freshly baked goods fill the air as well as fresh fruits being cut for the children’s morning tea. It is one of the cleanest, well run centres we visited on the Gold Coast. We can’t wait to get to see our granddaughter blossom in her new toddler room with Miss Aimee and Miss Andie. The staff and educators are always very kind, gentle, and helpful.My children don't like the moment of separate in the morning and often cry, but every time the educators have a lots of hug and cuddle and make them feel very safe so I feel comfortable leaving my children in their care.highly recommended!!

I have now been at this kindy for 13 years. Words can’t describe how safe I feel knowing my kids are in good hands. The directors Alyce and Amanda and teachers are the reason why my kids go there. Completely content knowing my kids are in the best care possible. ❤️ Thank you team we love you all ❤️
