Unlike many consultants/agents who are only after your money (or show no interest of you as soon as you don't put an offer),Alan is very knowledgeable and approachable. His advice tailors to your needs and socioeconomic profile. He follows up professionally without feeling being pressured.A great people-person who can step you through the process. Would definitely recommend Alan!

For anyone who's going to rent a property, especially with this agency and Leda - (1) take a million pictures for the ingoing report. We printed the pictures separately and attached it to the ingoing report they've provided. Which obviously they didn't bother to look.(2) make sure that all communications are via email or if via sms - never delete them.It's a lot of effort but surely served us well when she wanted us to pay for items (and handyman fee) that were already broken when we got there, which they never fixed when reported.She didn't even acknowledged or responded to my last email to her.One mistake, which I'm very glad I did, was to claim for the rental bond before their last inspection.This way we got the full amount back after 2 weeks as they didn't dispute it (in contrast to her prior call and email).PS. We do appreciate the owner though as he has agreed to reduce the rent during the pandemic.

Not professional at all. Just applied for rental after my partner inspected the unit 3 hours prior submitting the application. Got back straight away declined, called agent named Scott who told my partner earlier to put as much as high offer price we can. And he said the owner who apparently is Asian choose Asian tenant who put offer less than us and said the application was submitted prior the inspection. First, why bother to do open inspection if there was application been submitted and being reviewed? It is wasting time for people. Second, are you only handling Asian owner and Asian tenants preferred? To let you know, my partner is Caucasian and I am Asian. Should we mention it in our cover letter when we put an application? I know it is up to owner to choose the tenant but I am saying the way your agent handle this is really unprofessional.Update:Got reply back from them but now I have questions for them, according to business owner, none of your agent will conduct and said things I heard from Scott, now here is the question, are you guys suggesting that I lied about what I heard? Or the person who conduct the inspection is not your agent? And in regards of our application, no one mentioned about missing 'critical' information. And is that how you guys worked on application? Just declined straight away if there is missing information? Not trying to get 'more' information that is missing?

Brilliant customer service, flexible and very professional.Alan has great market knowledge. He has been very supportive and flexible to help with multiple property inspection requests. The highlight of Alan' s service is that he is very honest and doesn't mind answering or repeating answers to questions asked. It was an amazing experience working with Alan as he made the process very easy for me throughout the entire journey (being a first home buyer) and guided me through every step whilst making the biggest decision.
