Revo Fitness Glenelg

I joined up 3 weeks ago and have since been loving it. It is a warm environment to be around and the staff are very friendly and approachable. I was very nervous when I joined as I had not been to a gym in years and am unfamiliar with how to use the equipment. Everyone was welcoming right from the start and I have noticed they make a strong effort to make every new member feel comfortable and at ease. The gym itself is very spacious and the facilities are remarkable. I have particularly enjoyed the classes the most.

After joining i had a bad accident leaving me unable to attend gym so I contacted Revo Glenelg and was told I had to fill in a form available online. After several failed attempts trying to download the form I went in person to the glenelg gym and was told the manager was not in but that they would take all my details and make sure it was processed the next day.They had my contact details if they needed any further information.I assumed it had been cancelled as i was not charged again until yesterday when 2 months worth of fess were deducted.On speaking to the manager she refused to refund the money and said there was no record of my cancellation and only the accounts dept could issue refunds but that there was no way to contact them and even she does not have any way to contact them. She magically cancelled my membership as of yesterday though when I was told they couldnt do that over the phone before and went all the way there with my injuries including a fractuted rib.They claim you can cancel anytime, good luck with that.

Good vibes, friendly staff, great atmosphere to work out in! Wholesome community, people came up to me and gave me tips, one of them now being my beautiful boyfriend of 2 years.

Not a bad gym, decent size and open 24 hrs. There hasn't been much difference with change of ownership a few months ago. Good mix of machines. Biggest problem is the lack of free weights, forever scrounging for more weights to load a bar is a chore. Music is annoying but you can't please everyone and that's what headphones are for. Extra point for the weekly price, very reasonable.

Amazing atmosphere to work out and very spacious. Helpful and friendly staff and good trainers. The group classes held are amazing and one of the best gyms I have hone so far.

Terrible and useless. I cancelled my membership in October 2022 . It was never processed and kept deducting money from my account. I was told i would receive a refund in 10days time . I have now waited 20days and i still have not received my refund even after multiple emails to the admin to follow up i am still waiting. Very dissapointed with this service and highlights why i have left .

I cancelled my membership when the club was still The Gym Glenelg, after takeover by Revo my membership was suddenly reactivated without my consent resuming debits to my account. ‘No lock in Contracts’.Revo Glenelg Manager Tayla shows clear lack of customer service refusing to refund because apparently it’s the customers fault Revo can’t keep records.

been going here for about 2 years now. it is a pretty good gym. lots of space and equipment. great atmosphere, friendly staff. doesn't get too busy (at least during the day). can recommend.

Great atmosphere due to the previous owner, great trainers but such a poor communication, all of the sudden decided to change the time table, and I miss out on majority of the classes, it’s extremely sad because had to find another gym that can offer suitable hours

Good but not great gym. Decently sized but way too many people, because the other options in the area is pretty bad. Has 2 flat benches so you'll have to wait around on chest days.
