Very slow and rude customer service. Only one staff member here at 4pm. She would not allow me to simply drop off a time critical sample, and made me wait outside in the waiting room for 15min whilst she was with another patient. At first when I asked how long it would be, as I only had to drop it off, she said “I will be with you in a minute”, then she shut the door in my face and left me waiting outside for 15min. There was another gentleman and another woman sitting outside also waiting for blood tests. If it is so busy why do they not take appointments?

Very efficient and professional service. All the girls here are friendly and good at what they do, but I was particularly impressed by Linda, she is truly lovely, proficient and has the most caring demeanour.
