Nu Pool

Can't leave a review with less than 1 star, this mob, doing a job in Monegeetta, block the the street with vehicles, abuse residents that would like to use the street that they own a property in, and manage to bog vehicles in, and wreck septic drainage weirs on the property that they are working at. Legendary.

Scottie and the boys were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and efficiently with the end product completed to a very high standard. We were kept well informed and provided with valuable advice of the process along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and follow up was even provided after the pool installation. We had a 8 metre Grange pool installed. The boys were all polite and hardworking. Natalie was very helpful and on time. Best thing was they cleaned up all the mess for us to enjoy in surprisingly good time

The team at NuPool are professional and helpful. The pool shells are Victorian made with a decent range of shapes and sizes to choose from. Highly recommend!

From the moment Damien visited to meet us and view the site, it was clear your company were ahead of the competition. Damien was engaged and prompt in responses to questions we had. We settled on the Devonport with a few extras to make our ongoing experience as simple and hassle free as possible. The 6 star time saver package, Aquarite self dosage and the Tigershark robotic cleaner have already proven to be a must. All my concerns about maintenance of pools from when I was young, have been overcome and it's only the first week in.As the planning stage was in progress, Natalie kept us informed and once the actual installation process commenced, both Natalie and Jess have been fantastic in keeping us updated and informed of stage dates. Then when the excavation and installation team arrived, led by Zac and Chris, they listened to my concerns and advice regarding location of underground services. This set my mind at ease as the dig commenced. The process of installation was hassle free and happened very quickly. All the guys involved were exceptional!Finally, Greg came over to complete the hand over process. He was excellent in his step by step instructions and advice on how best to look after the pool and enjoy the experience. He was patient with me as I took notes and nothing was ‘too much to ask’ as we worked through the various requirements.
