We replaced our 22 year old ducted heater after it gave up. We are very happy with the new system and delighted to have replaced the manual thermostat with a programmable one.I highly recommend this company.

This is the second time I called on Joey to attend to an urgent repair of a central heating unit. He went above and beyond to get the heater working the same day. His customer service and knowledge is unmatched. He is an honest and pleasant person to deal with.

Marvellous service by a skilled technician, takes us through the fault and had great attention to detail. We had an old 90s model Brivis thermostat that failed and they replaced it for us. Booking was easy and friendly. Call-out fee was normal for this type of work. Technician was on time and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Joey at Gastek is one of those very rare people who genuinely cares about getting your problems sorted out, even when the repairs are tricky and parts are hard to get for older heating units. Our old Phoenix central heater is not a brand that Gastek normally works on, but Joey still offered to help us out when it stopped working just as Melbourne seemed to decide to be at its coldest in early August. Joey went out of his way to drop by to inspect the unit on his way to another job, and thankfully he was able to quickly determine the fault. Apparently Phoenix no longer have a distributor in Australia, and as a result there are no longer any spare parts available here, but just as I thought that I may need to start thinking about installing a whole new Central Heating unit, Joey was skilled enough to be able to come up with a solution. He was able to find and recommend a compatible spare part which could be installed to fix the problem. It took a while to source, but he kept in touch regularly with updates, and once the part was installed the unit was up and running again, and all at a very low cost.Gastek provided really amazing service which was way above my expectations. This sounds like a cliche, but I truly cannot recommend Joey and Gastek highly enough to help you with your heating needs and repairs. By the way, this is the first Google Review I have ever written for a service provider - the service was that good that I wanted to let others know!Nick

Josh came and did a repair on our ducted heating. He was super friendly and professional and gave estimated costs for everything. He even gave some good detail about replacement costs and process, seeing as we have an ageing unit. All up, the repair took barely more than an hour and that included a service and carbon monoxide test. Thanks Josh!
