Z-Plus doctors surgery was clean and getting an appointment was quick and easy online through HotDocs. Unfortunately the wait time to see the doctor was almost half an hour and due to the Public Holiday was $95 with a Medicare rebate of $51.80… Dr Kaviana was well worth the wait, absolutely brilliant, didn’t hesitate putting my daughter on antibiotics (she is 13) and sent us off for appropriate tests to be done. Overall happy with our experience.

I was able to book in and be seen within the hour. I requested a certain medication and Dr Ibrahim said I'll give you something better" which was really good. But what made this a 5 star review would be the lovely young (im guessing polynesian) girl at reception who was super helpful. She put all the receipts together for me and advised I can claim back once I get my Medicare."

If I could place no stars I would. I do feel that they are taking on too many patients at a time that they are not really taking in to consideration that we are patients who need to be properly analysed and seeking ways to the situation. We are not just coming in to wait more than 2hr in pain or our children in pain to be told that we will be attended too soon. Very few unprofessional receptionist who basically give off a vibe of “No Care” which I find very unsettling as a patient myself who is building up anger from sly comments or looks from these receptionist. Honestly it’s takes a lot to get on my bad side and I don’t play when it come to my child.Although I feel that the Doctors are very Good Mannered and Professional, I just needed more information in regards of what sickness I had or my child to better understand the situation and how long it will take to recover so I can properly prepare myself as the world doesn’t just stop for anybody.Overall need to teach your receptionist better manners and hat this is a job where you have the duty of care to take care of your patients till they are attended too.

Both receptionist were lovely and greeted me with a smile. First contact matters! I had not been to a private clinic where Medicare rebate is used and the process was explained without any confusion. Overall made the experience a pleasant one.

Emily is the worst. Can they please hire someone actually compassionate and caring and efficient? Then they wouldn't have these reviews. She has always been snappy and rudeAlso she posted a fake review under Emily Lucus.. who knows what else is fake

Basic health checkup included during my first visit. Short delay in patient queue, not overly long. Dr Baran was thorough, helpful & polite and appt went well. Would recommended this clinic.

The doctors are ok. The reception team are the worse. They need to go back and learn how to. The worse reception ever. Some lady with a practice manager tag needs to go back to school and learn how to be one. She is a racist and the worse person to deal with. I can't put a star to it but google will not allow it.

Great doctor and amazing service.This is my first time there and i got lost, arrived there 15mins late but the doctor and receptionist still re-arrange to let me in about 30mins later. I don't mind waiting due to this is my fault that i was late and my appointment is over.But Clinic is amazing to help me.
