Amazing service on such short notice!Brought my car in on a Saturday morning late notice and the guys fixed up my exhaust in no time at all! Easy and stress-free from start to finish - very happy! Would definitely return if I lived on the coast.Thanks again!!

I'm very disappointed with the level of service at Mr Mechanical Auto Service Centre. I took my 2009 BMW 123d in for them to check the driver's window that was not closing. I got a call back in the afternoon saying that it would cost +$700 for new replacement part or +$500 after market second hand part. So far all good because I told them I would rather take the car to where I bought from for another quotation.When I arrived to collect my car I noticed 3 scratch marks on the side of the driver door. I went back inside and mentioned of those scars to Morgan.Morgan came out and took a picture of the scratches and said he would speak to his boss. No worries from my part, maybe they scratched by mistake and could polish it off, I thought.I drove off and noticed that the roof didn't come down (I drive a convertible), so I called Morgan again and said there's a fault with the roof now.He was very rude and said I was trying to take advantage of them to fix the roof. I said that no, I managed to put the roof down and up trying to fix the windows myself and it worked that same morning before I took the car there.He proceeded to hang up the phone on me, which I think is very unprofessional.I will take my car elsewhere and I'm sure I will receive better service and courtesy.I do not recommend this place at all.Steven

Highly recommend these guys! Had my car in for some exhaust work, and a few other mechanical issues came up! Everything was done in a matter of hours, and in time for an arvo shift! Couldn't recommend these guys more! Cheers legends!

Nothings too hard for the crew at Mr mechanical! I’ve taken my Jeep to them a couple times now and their service is genuinely the best! Dan, Les, Morgan and the whole crew are super helpful and amazing at their job, I won’t go to anyone else, these guys are Legends! Cheers!

Great group of guys. Fixed my daughters brakes on the same day we went in. 2 women we had no idea about brakes treated us with respect and didn’t overcharge us. Will definitely be going back again. Excellent business, well run!!

The Guys were polite and welcoming and gave great communication including time frames that matched the original phone call and expectations.Their team was respectful, resourceful and they all worked well together and calmly. It was great to see awesome teamwork at the ground level - all treated each other with respect.To top it off my young daughter had lots of questions on what work they were doing and Morgan came out to the safe area and explained each workers job and what they were doing - including what their workshop was doing towards sustainability for each action.Thankyou for making your workplace a safe and easy space for women and young girls to enter, receive the work done with ease and answer any questions either of us had.

Highly recommend! The team here were amazing, my car blew up, they went above and beyond to help me out and gave me great price on a replacement engine. Good communication all the way through. Very happy customer.
