In-home Care | Fernlea Community Care | Emerald | Fernlea Care Centre provides care in your home, care at one of our day respite centres or a combination of both depending on your needs. We provide one-on-one care and because we’re a small, community-based organisation, in most instances you will have the same carer looking after you.

Came here once for a nosey once and ended up walking out with a second hand Dyson cooler/heater of all things. The shop is laid out well and full of good stuff. Worth paying a visit here if you're in the area!

Fernlea Shop Of Opportunities
One of the best Op shops in the area and beyond. An entire house, with each room dedicated to a category Eg Kids, ladies etc. Great range of clothing for all the family at reasonable prices. Also has furniture and electricals plus plants and flowers when available. It also sells (by donation) a small amount of produce from its budding community garden. Oh and a wonderful selection of books.
