We ordered some sympathy flowers for a family member, ordering for same-day delivery (As this is guaranteed on the website). Once our online order had been put through and payment processed, we received and email that our order had been received. Then, no further notice that the order had been dispatched or delivered. I called late the same day (after 6pm) as our order had still not arrived, only to be told that they were 'sold-out' and our order would arrive the next day. If we had known that the arrangement was sold out when ordering, we would have ordered through a different company to ensure same-day delivery. Once speaking with the company, the blooms still did not arrive until after 5:30 pm the following evening. The lack of communication has been disappointing.

I found this florist through Google maps, since my BFF lives in Melbourne. I was able to order the flowers online and they were delivered next day! The arrangement is beautiful and I would 100% order flowers from the florist again! Excellent customer service and they did a great arrangement!

I recommend Blossom by Daisy a 100 percent to everyone !!!Such an easy process on ordering online and super good service if you need it! Ordering online from overseas is hard and really hard to trust weather your product will be as the photos are shown or how it is going to be? But Blossom by Daisy made it all easy for me to trust her and her good work :) The photos are the flowers I ordered and they are absoloutly Beautiful. She really did a great job and she really made me feel safe on ordering online all the way from Denmark!IF YOU NEED FLOWERS THEN YOU REALLY SHOULD ORDER FROM BLOSSOM BY DAISY!!!

Received the most beautifully arranged bouquet for my birthday and they were stunning!! Gorgeous flowers/pretty colour palette!! I complimented my friend by saying she had great taste in flowers but in fact they were the florists choice. Thank-you for making my birthday so much more special <3.

Nice flowers and easy to use website, however would really question value for money (had purchased flowers from Woolworths for half the price and 2 days prior and they were better/larger). Also had to spoil surprise - even though I ordered 4 days prior, they were delivered after 6pm. Received an email after lunch with a link to track delivery - but link didn’t work.

I received these blooms from my work mates 2 weeks ago and they're still doing so well!I just ordered some for my sister and my brother sent me a bunch flowers from you guys a few weeks ago and they lasted 2.5 weeks.Thanks for such high quality flowers! Would definitely recommend and will be my florist of choice.Free delivery zone is a bonus too!
