Very poor service, very limited help, no quality of interaction, the experience was very lacking in appropriateness and staff were not effective in doing their jobs to service the community of people. Terrible day for me as I went in to do the test I practised for as I am trying to get my driving licence to work as an electrician now my jobs are delayed and these people take no ownership or responsibility as to help people gain their license to move freely.

Unfortunately I had absolute terrible experience, while waiting over 50 minutes staff then realised they need to ask me for hard copy licence and not accepting my digital licence, thinking someone's time is a joke! All I needed was a sticker to use for a change of address as I've never received one when changed online, they decided not to tell me from the start and just send me to the waiting list, then not accept my digital licence after waiting for so long, absolute inconsiderate of someone's time as I rarely get a day off from work. It was frustrating experience!

Samantha helped me process a complex situation. She took her time with me and made sure I was clear and comfortable with what I had to do. Also super friendly and caring. I waited 30min to be served but was happy because of how kind and helpful Sam was. Exceptional customer service. Thank you :)

Staff are nice but service was extremely slow, 50 minutes of waiting to cancel car registration due to vehicle being stolen. Process took 2 minutes but nearly an hour worth of wait. This place should do better given all the outrageous fees we pay for driving our vehicles. 50 minute wait is simply unacceptable.

Went to register my new car before an event so I didn’t have my usual hand bag. Realised I didn’t have my card and when I said cancel the registration as I don’t have my card the clerk laughed at me, called the manager to cancel it and laughed while saying “she doesn’t have the funds” she was so rude and judgmental the whole time. I wish I got her name as I was disgusted by the service, when I grabbed the right bag I went to a different service NSW and I couldn’t stand how I was treated here.

did my hazard prevention test here the computers don't register your inputs when you tap the screen a lot of the time and a lot of attitude desk staff members. fix your slow computers and and the the attitude from your staff so many people standing around talking and a jam packed room don't come here ever

Extremely lazy and entitled staff. Expect you to wait an hour just to be provided a log book.Update: went to liverpool, the log book was provided right away and I was not asked to wait in line

Bad service. No point complaining nothing will change. Too many chiefs less Indians meaning all staff acting as if they are managers and they talk down to customers. Half of the staff in call centre and in the branches don’t know their job well. Train your staff. Call centre staff tells you one thing you go to the branch they say something else. Wasting customers time. Wish everything could be done online where there was no need to go to the branch. Veryyy bad service.

Please make sure to update your systems. we have visited this service centre twice to get the Driving test done, team advised our overseas license data not found in your system, forced us to go to embassy for letter n pay extra charges. Luckily we went to another service centre very next day and they found the data. Two times you have wasted our time. I can imagine now why this service centre got this rating 2.7.Please improve your service standards, its only the way you can help our community.
