Terrible service! Please don't buy here your flower.Bought a bunch of pink lilies for a girl to be delivered.Delivered not flowers but buds! No one single flower was open!Customer service answer was They are fresh

Thank you so much for the gorgeous box arrangement delivered on Saturday.As we are based in Brisbane, I was stressing that it wasn’t going to be delivered, or that it wasn’t going to be beautiful.But, when my boss text me the photo and told me he was so happy with the arrangement (I had organised it on his behalf), you seriously made my weeekend.It was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen (and I have seen a lot, as I used to do flower deliveries) thank you for the great work! Thank you for delivering some beautiful roses to a beautiful lady who is in hospital. We received a photo of them from her family because they were so beautiful. When we are so far away it was heartening to see what a professional job you did for us.

Stressful and disappointing experience.I am currently overseas and wanted to have flowers delivered for a friends birthday. I ordered Peony's online for delivery the following day. I was emailed the next morning to let me know that there were no peony's available and I was given 3 alternative options to choose between. None were close to what I ordered but at this point it was too late to go elsewhere for same-day delivery. I asked for roses (one of the options), ideally pastel, and attached a picture from their website for colour reference. She replied to tell me if I wanted them to be like the picture I had to pay an extra $15. Eventually they understood that I wanted pastel roses. What was delivered was completely different again - some roses with all sorts of other pink flowers which were completely different to both what I'd ordered and what I'd requested as a replacement. While they were pretty, they were not at all what I was looking for, nor to my friends taste. Very frustrating. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Recipient was very happy with the flowers (Timeless Range) and fruit delivered (next day) to Box Hill Hospital. We had to choose them online from overseas, and The Melbourne Flower Company had the most appealing arrangements. We received follow up emails with the option of sending a Gift Card with the order, so we added a message. Satisfied customer!

Ordered a same day bouquet for a friends Birthday, not only did it arrive quickly but it was gorgeous. Really happy with the service provided. Would happily order again and recommend to friends and family.

This was the first flower shop that came up when I searched on Google. I rang up and it was close to 5 o'clock but I wasn't rushed at all. A great friend of mine husband died, and I wanted to send some beautiful flowers in sympathy. I chose the fairytale bunch and upsized them and WOW spectacular. They arrived the next day by noon and my dear friend and family were in tears. They said it was the biggest and most beautiful bouquet they had ever seen, Rose's as big as plate's and fresh smelling. I also chose a candle and was sent photos of the flowers, candle and notified when they arrived. Thanks so much, you brought some happiness too a lovely lady with a broken heart. Regards Jay
