Very professional friendly the only complaint I have is the price $170 to look at ac just to find out what the problem waswas here les than 1 hour will never use again

In the beginning ran into some problems with this business sending an unexperienced worker; damages did occur. However Wayne from Premiair did take full accountability and fixed the situation very professionally. Premiair did a fantastic job in installing my new air-conditioning system. I'm super impressed by their ability to take accountability as well and being professional the whole time. I will continue doing my business with them.

Arrived in Tamworth with an airconditioner in our caravan that had packed it in. The team here at Premiair had us out of there the next morning with the aircon working and they looked after the warranty details for us as well. Amazing service from a company that was just as busy as any of the others we had contacted in the 2 weeks prior.Thank you Mel and Wayne for looking after us in such a friendly,timely and helpful manner. Especialy since the next week was foecast to be in the high 30's.
