I asked for 1-2 centimetres to be cut off as I like my hair long and left with 4-5 inches off, aswell as my hair being uneven. The lady who cut my hair did not listen to my request to not curl my hair with the straightener and burnt the front pieces of my hair. I usually get my hair cut with the Danika and requested for it to be with her this time and was told over the phone that this would be possible. However when I got there, she was ‘busy’ as I was told she couldn’t do it. Very disappointed

I had a lovely time; Danika worked with me to colour and cut exactly how I wanted it, even when I didn't have the words to describe it properly myself.A very comfortable atmosphere, very friendly and wonderfully experienced workers, and the use of vegan products is the cherry on top.I couldn't recommend them enough.

I recently got my hair done with a lovely lady (Connie I think her name was). She was very professional, experienced, and very friendly. All my questions were answered, and I was very happy with how my hair turned out. There was also another lovely young lady who worked on my mum's hair the same time which also turned out beautifully. Thank you ladies, we will definitely be back!

This is my 2nd time going there, the 1st time was wonderful and I got exactly what I asked for but the follow up was awful, the timer went off but it was not looked at and 10 mins later was of course way to blonde, she even got a fright when she looked, not only was it too blonde but my whole entire foils were so uneven and the regrowth that was not covered made me look like a skunk, I only had it done less than 2 weeks and I am sure u will agree that its a really bad unprofessional job, perhaps if there was not so many people being attended to at the one time and all the chit chat they might be able to so a better job, I paid $135 for a really bad job
