I highly recommend sharing your practice with Sharon. I have practiced with Sharon over the past two years, I always find myself grounded mentally and my body is nourished by the movements. Sharon brings a certain energy to her classes that leave you inspired to find yourself more in the practice. I have practiced yoga for many years and Sharon is one of those teachers who is hard to come by.
