I've ordered a grilled cheese burger, and they sent me this excessively burnt bun with soggy chips. It's understandable that sometimes you burn things when it's too busy, but deciding to use the questionable ingredients, it just raises doubts about their sense of hygiene. I mean, kitchen staff must have seen how burnt the bun was when he/she put the ranch on it, then why still use it??edit:The manager just called me and asked me to delete this review, saying that that's what he's been doing so far, and that every customer was happy to do so with some free foods he's going to offer in return. Seriously, what kind of restaurant is this????

Needed to host a kids birthday party at short notice. Team were really responsive and eager to help. Food was great and venue perfect for a kids party. Would definitely come back.

This is such a friendly place for family gatherings. The food is fresh and well executed and they will go out of their way to help out with dietary issues and bookings. I particularly enjoyed the Moroccan Salad and the Reuben sandwich is perfect. The outdoor setting is perfect for a relaxed family gathering with the children safely entertained. The coffee is good too

Loved the smashed avo brekkie with Jalepenos.... generous portion size. The coffee was amazing... sure to visit next time. Ill post some pics in the next review2nd visit.... the food was amazing as usual. The coffee was a mess... i wish they re-hire the barista or train the existing one.

Average coffee, horrible food. Saddest looking chicken burger we've ever been served - the chicken in it was about the size of a Ferrero rocher. Hashbrowns in the breakfast looked and tasted questionable.

Reasonably priced food and coffee. Meals are generous proportions. Family friendly and quick service. Food well presented and tasty. Plenty of space indoors and has a large rear garden with toys for younger kids. Worth the visit.

Amazing place to bring kids and even dogs. I love stopping in for a coffee here and there and the food is absolutely amazing.The waffles & egg & bacon bagel are lovely.
