My Father's Table

Rita is absolutely amazing. Her cooking skills and experience makes it look so easy. There were 5 of us and we all enjoyed it. Only feedback is that it was a very hot day sitting outside. Every single item she cooked was delicious.

What an absolute treat !I had the most relaxing and enjoyable time at Rita’s Lebanese Feast Demonstration.We arrived at Rita’s home and were shown to a beautiful table, which Rita explained was actually her Father’s table.There were large mezze platters on the table ready for us to indulge.Rita is a brilliant host, wanting us to experience Lebanese food made from recipes passed down through the family.She showed us so many different staples which make up true Lebanese cuisine and all of it came from her learned experience of being part of a Lebanese family who started their lives in Australia in the 1970s.We ate plenty and enjoyed the company of like minded people.A very special and memorable experience.Thank you Rita for your very warm and generous hospitality !❤️❤️❤️

Greeted with a welcoming smile into Rita's home for the Lebanese Feast Cooking Class. The setting was undercover outdoors for six. Rita was engaging, a natural host and very generous in sharing so many of her tips whilst preparing each dish. We watched and ate throughout the 3hr session. The dishes were oh so tasty and bountiful. Highly recommend this great value feast.

This is an exceptional experience you’ll want to relive again and again. Sublime Lebanese cuisine lovingly (and freshly) prepared by your host, Rita. Rita’s warmth and hospitality immediately set you at ease in her home, and she generously shares her culinary expertise and cooking tips for the non-cooks among us :) It is a feast in every sense of the word. My partner and I really enjoyed ourselves at Rita's baklava cooking class! Rita is warm and inviting, and we had a wonderful afternoon of chats with wine and baking and coffee- we even had extra time to do some test kitchen attempts. A great value for the cost and we hope to come back again soon!

What a thoroughly enjoyable experience. What a delight not only to learn cooking tips & tricks while watching Rita prepare the sumptuous plentiful dishes, but to hear family stories of why she chose to serve these dishes. I imagined myself sitting at her father's table, celebrating family, food and life!The vegetarian dishes were so delicious. Rita's baclava is the best I've ever tasted! And then to receive copies of the recipes.....A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thank you Rita.

I recently participated in a Lebanese feast afternoon with Rita. I had anticipated that I would learn some great recipes and some insider tips on how to create them. What surprised me was how Rita's hospitality created an atmosphere that fostered fun and great conversation around the table as we shared the amazing food she had prepared.
