RV WiFi - Portable Wireless Internet WiFi For The Caravan

We had an issue setting up our unit.Liz was very helpful, sorted it out.All works fine now, hopefully works as well on the road.

We purchased an RV WIFI setup for our van recently - we got home, installed everything, popped the sim in and realized we were getting extremely slow speeds. I reached out to the guys at RV WIFI for some troubleshooting tips and was completely blown away at their offer to come to us and see what was going wrong. We were due to leave for a trip that day so resigned to having to hold off but they came to OUR CAMP SITE!!! you literally cannot get better customer support than that. Not only did they come out to site, they popped a different / upgraded unit in ( even though the fault was the SIM card not the unit ) and were just really great people! I can’t emphasize enough how amazing this service was, the unit now works perfectly and we recommend it to everyone and anyone!I know there are other options out there for traveling wifi but you’d never get this kind of service ANYWHERE else. If I could give 500 stars I would, no doubt.

Thank you to Liz and Ross for your excellent customer service and follow up with an issue we had with the RVWifi 4g device. Liz and Ross met us in Melbourne to see if they could sort the problem, thought it was resolved, but not so when we returned home to Torquay to test the device. A week later Liz and Ross drove down to us to check the wifi signal in the area, not the issue and so replaced our faulty router with a new 5G RVWifi. We have used this for the past 2 months when touring in our caravan in Queensland and can highly recommend the new device.....worked well.

What fantastic service from this business. Ordered an item on a Friday, and have it in my hands on the Monday after. Melbourne to Sydney and then the south coast NSW. Customer service as it should be, but this is next level. Looking forward to a successful install of my WiFi just have to find some spare time. Thanks.

I have had No Customer Service! Having our RV Wifi drop out consistently having to reboot. Sent the first email 29th January then left a phone message, then a text message, then a second attempt at a email, still no response, very disappointed camper!

I originally posted a low rating due to faulty item. The company quickly communicated and replaced the item for me. The new one is now working perfectly. I am impressed by the company’s communication skills and follow up for an obvious unplanned situation. Thanks

Great service Identified issue and have provided steps to resolve. Would have preferred not to have to have the delay of sending wifi unit back to get reset but understand why it is required. Thanks

Recently had a problem with our RVWIFI. Contacted Liz and although could not fix by trying instructions given we were happy to send it to her to investigate. Within 24hrs of having received it Liz had it repaired and working and in the return mail. Fantastic customer service and knowledge of product.Highly recommend

Poor Liz in customer service is working overtime in dealing with this inferior product! This RV wifi unit will not get close to the service of your mobile phone with telstra! Garbage product for $750. A complete let down. You're better off to hotspot off a phone or go for a more professional wifi unit! So frustrating!!
