My 1st order last year was smooth and I got excellent hybrid floor at a very competitive price. The product quality was good, so I ordered again today for different property.Highly recommended to anyone in the area who is looking for cheapest flooring with excellent product quality.I will certainly order again in the future.On a different note, I were surprised that Lily realised me even though I wear mask both time and didn't talk much to neither her or Kevin ;)

The price is great, best I could find. Good collection of colors. products has life-time guarantee. Lily specially is very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They work around your schedule. They have great installers as well. Kevin also was very nice to help with my delivery. 100% recommend them. Thank you Lily and Kevin.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Our build was delayed but Lily was very understanding and prices in the industry was going up at an alarming rate. No problem you pay now and we will store until the house is ready. 12 months later we were ready. Prices were 20% cheaper than the same product elsewhere and god knows how much cheaper than todays pricing. Ryan laid the floor and he and is co worker were a machine. Cleaned up after themselves and an unbelievably neat job. Highly recommended both the company and their installers

The Great Floor is an incredibly fantastic company. Their products categories are diverse, and the price is affordable under the premises of the guaranteed quality. The staff Lily is very patient, professional and kind. They even served me on Sunday because of my schedule. I highly recommended The Great Floor if you are thinking of new floors.

Very good price, Lily always be very helpful and patient even I just enquire the price at first, compared the price and service with other several stores, great floor is my final choice, hybrid color is quite nice, perfect waterproof for my bedrooms, the next day picked up and my friend installed last weekend, will be back again next time renovating another house.
