A.P. Denture Clinic

I went in and they were really lovely.They made an appointment for me for a month later on the 4/10/2020 @ 11am on a Saturday which they insisted would be fine, even though they don’t open on Saturdays.I go to said appointment on time and waited for 20 min as nobody was there. I phoned their after hours mobile number which is supposed to be for emergency care and service, surprise no answer! I leave a message which was never responded to. It’s now 3days later (lucky it wasn’t urgent) still nobody has responded to the left message!I phone the clinic to find out why nobody was there and she says “what can I help you with?”I again ask for an explanation as to why nobody was there to take care of my appointment, which they made, even though the clinic is closed on Saturdays and she says “bye, have a nice day and hung up on me!!!!!! Seriously!!! Thank god I didn’t pay them any money!!!!I might add that it doesn’t look like a denture clinic either. I am absolutely appalled at how they have treated me. Because of them I’ve had to endure an extra month of terrible pain for nothing!If I was able to leave no stars I would. They are an absolute disgrace. I could’ve been nasty too. All I wanted was an explanation!!!Bad bad bad customer service and experience!!!!!
