Had a terrible experience with this cabinet maker. They did not complete the job as agreed upon, but insisted that I pay the full fee. When I raised my concerns, they were dismissive and unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service.

The services provided by Allan have left us extremely dissatisfied. We hired the company to design and install mid-to-high end kitchen and wardrobe cabinets, but unfortunately, the design was lacking in many crucial details. As a result, the wrong products were installed, and even for the parts that were accurately drawn up, incorrect panels and racks were installed. It's been three months since we identified these defects, but none of them have been fixed, and we're concerned about future customer service should any further issues arise. To make matters worse, Allan himself has proven to be quite arrogant and difficult to work with.
