PC Upgrades

Extremely helpful staff. They searched the internet to find the best PC mike for my needs, then found where I could buy it locally cheaper than they could order it in.

Always friendly and comes in handy when I need printing and scanning done urgently. So convenient to get to and straight to the equipment required such as needing to email or print or scan documents. I find going to other places eg Library too much time and effort and if urgently requiring service it can be time consuming.

Steve and Brett are friendly, helpful, thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all things computer. Their charges are good value and if they can't fix it, get a new one.

these guys have always done a top job by me and recently they actually talked me out of needlessly spending money on upgrades; honest reliable and fair pricing. A computer riddled with problems repaired today for $174. Couldn't be happier

Excellent advice, honest staff that solve the problem even to the extent of not recommending higher purchases if not required. Shop is messy but they seem to know exactly where everything is and you can get to the front counter so who cares? Highly recommend.

I highly recommend going out of your way to upgrade/work on your PC with them. I am a returning customer that sought there services and was very happy with the whole process, yet again. I had a call with them in which they helped me pick the right SSD that can be installed in my Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop. Bought it online, took it in, they said it would be ready by tomorrow. I got a call after 5pm to say it's ready and I said I'd pick it up tomorrow. After finishing up at the gym I called them at close to 6pm and they still let me come in and collect it and the service cost I was roughly told to expect was cheaper. They had to make my new SSD the primary for my C Drive and the original the D, they did it! All my stuff runs great, I have more space and nothing lost. I would absolutely come back knowing I'm in good hands should I ever need to. I have been ripped off by PC shops in the past (not common but it has happened), these guys can be trusted and do a good job.

Dropped my pc in today with an issue of not booting after trying to add a mechanical drive to the system myself.Brett took the time to look at this for me immediately and was able to fix the issue within 30 mins. I REALLY appreciated this cause the pc is the main source of my entertainment and I feel lost without it.Thank you Brett, I can't thank you enough for such a speedy resolution, thank you thank you thank you for your great work.

Fantastic service. Very honest in their recommendations for repairs and charges. My second visit and fabulous service, explained issues in a easy to understand way for a non techie (me) and how to keep cost down, highly recommended
