Outstanding service and care. Quick to get an appointment, they were on time. The vet was super friendly and caring, explained everything in great detail. The clinic submitted my insurance claim for me. And the follow up was awesome, even got a call asking how my dog was going a few days later. Just amazing, can't recommend enough!

Stay away from these frauds and thieves.Took my shepherd in because he was limping. Without any x-rays, They said they know exactly what is wrong, that it's very common for this breed and insisted he MUST undergo reconstructive knee surgery if he was ever to walk normal and free from pain again, for $4500 + meds.Went to another vet, done x-ray. Just some inflammation. They insisted A few days rest. Wouldn't you know it, he's walking normal and pain free again with some rest.Even had the audacity to follow up the days after with guilt tripping email and phone calls.

It’s the first time in a very long time that we have found a veterinary clinic where the experience from walking in the door to leaving is nothing but pleasant. We have spoken with Naomi the receptionist mostly and she is exceptional with her kind and caring nature and we travel here because of Sharon the vet as well because she too makes you feel like your animal has been cared for in a very kind and loving manner. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic due to the two people mentioned above! Thanks again Norwest hospital!

Our 12yr old Silky Terrier was bordered for 6 days at the kennel and we are so up set at the difference in our little girl she is so frightened when we reach out to pat her face and she is a nervous wreck! She has lost 1kg in weight, and that’s a lot for a little dog in 6 days. She was supposed to get a complementary bath on the day we picked her up, but that didn’t happen she was filthy and was covered in dog perfume. I would not recommend this place for boarding a house pet as we didn’t get the same dog back ! She was healthy and happy at drop off and frightened hungry and filthy at pick up. We are so guilty for taking her there.

Fantastic service, vet staff looked after my two dogs like they were their own pets. I’m so happy with the service, care and professionalism shown by SAH Norwest staff that I absolutely recommend them to others. Great work SAH Norwest!

Total Hip Replacement for my 1yo Pup. Markus and Team were friendly, knowledgeable and caring during our entire process. After finding out our new family member required a lot of help with his hips, we decided the best option was the hip replacement. Now 10 weeks post-op our Dublin is doing great, walks every day and doesn't flop in a heap of pain afterwards! Andrew the surgeon did a wonderful and careful job too and was very easy to deal with.Also, worth mentioning SAH was very reasonable with their pricing and helped with budget as much as they could. We don't hesitate to recommend them for major surgery. Well done!

An excellent veterinary clinic which has seen many of my own dogs as well as my foster dogs.The Vets are always pleasant, caring efficient and knowledgeable.Biscuit our nervous Cobberdog was vaccinated last week by Vet Armin. Our dog was out at ease and vaccinated without issue.We were there again recently with a senior boy whom we rescued from a pound. Vet Ashley was very thorough and compassionate. Freddie was left at vet overnight. Nurse Naomi offered a bath for Freddie. When we picked him up next day he was sweet smelling and very happy.We also use the grooming service for our dogs. Saki is a very skilled groomer.I do not hesitate to recommend this clinic

Very positive experience! Receptionist was extremely friendly and understood our concerns. Vet addressed our dog’s issues, explained her recommendations and expected costs.

One of the receptionists were really rude on 6/4/23 when I asked if the VET was gone take long as there were no other patients waiting. She could have responded in a calmer way but was very rude and sarcastic. I have never had this experience with any of the receptionists before. Way too rude and disrespectful. Very poor customer service.The VET was great.

My cat had been in a fight and was unwell. I got an appointment fairly quickly. The vet was lovely and my cat is on the mend.Thank you!
