Wanted to look at the new fandangled NFC door locks, but they are all behind the counter. I asked if I could come back there to check the differences between the more than 20 items on display because I couldn’t tell the difference from two metres away. I wasn’t allowed to look, and the girl said she could get them down. I asked her to either explain the differences between them, or get them all down so I could see for myself. I was told it was an unreasonable request so I left to spend my several hundred dollars somewhere that lets me inspect a product before purchasing. You’re a joke Bunnings!

I visited both the trade Bunnings and Bunnings today. I was seriously impressed with the quantity of staff on hand and the quality friendly service. At the trade desk a young lady that was very professional and knowledgeable. I loved the banter at the main door with staff while collecting a gas bottle. My order lifted into my car by the trade department staff. Thanks awesome people I wish this was my local store.David.

Service sucks. I went there on my lunch break. When it was my turn to be served. Deploy turned around to talk to another employee. I waited I said I'm on my lunch break. He heard me and can gave smart-arse remark then turn his back and made me keep rating.

Just for the record it is not illegal to park in a click and collect zone. People do not have to move their cars nor is it a tow away area. First in best dressed if you want a park near the door on a rainy day and it's not illegal ... park there!

Thank you to the wonderful lady at the door yesterday - I have mobility issues and she sorted a trolley, the dog and even brought Seasol to me which was further away. She made my visit so much better. The men just watched and. chatted together while I tried to load heavy bags on trolley!

Bunnings we need to review our relationship. I have issues . I come around to yours to visit maybe get a few things in exchange for some $$ yet you want me to use the self checkout . More than happy with this arrangement BUT how can a bloke get some snags on a Saturday when ya can't get cash out and they don't efpos bunnings snags .

My wife loves Bunnings because she is a big fan of gardening. She usually goes to bunnings to buy plants, seeds, pots, garden tools, soils, mulch, fertilisers etc. The plats and seeds she got are being very well. Even her chrysanthemum grows fast. It is flowering in this spring. Bunnings makes our garden beautiful.

Very very Disappointed with the staff service i am looking for the plan name peace Lilly and i could not find buy my self to i ask to the staff for help and they told me there is a lady name WINDY who have the knowledge about plan and when i see her she i on call she knew that i am waiting for her but she is full of attitude and ignoring me, after waiting in front of her i asked her for a help and she told me wait me outside i will be there i a minute and keep waiting for 20 minutes she did not come for a customer service still sitting with the same place and talking on a call. They don’t have manners to deal with a customers

Just had the most appalling experience at this store. I was returning a Homelite Whipper Snipper from which the fixed head had broken loose. I had only had this piece of rubbish for about 8 months. The lady behind the counter was locating my receipt when an Indian man stepped in ( I only mention his ethnicity as a way of identifying him, not as a racial slur) and claimed that the head had melted " and as it was not covered by warranty I had to buy a new one. I told him to throw it away . As I walked away he said sir you can't leave this here. I kept walking . This man had already tried and failed to get the head off himself! $145 down the drain."
