Sparkle Nails

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Very disappointed with the customer service, how dirty it was and how they left my pedicure. They had pulled the skin off my toes and caused them to bleed. As she was doing it she noticed my toe bleeding but ignored it and just carried on. For the rest of the day, I had blood dripping from my toes and felt nothing but pain when I walked around. For your own sake please don’t go here !

Extremely disappointed. I asked for a simple manicure with a shellac French tip. The first lady then told me that an hour was not long enough to get a manicure so I only get the shellac. I was hesitant but said okay as I had already been waiting half an hour. Some of the ladies were so rude, I had 3 different people work on me with the owner ending my experience with “wash your hands and they won’t look as bad”. I was charged $45 for a simple shellac with no manicure and sat in there for 1.5 hours. The lady next to me also had the same experience and ended up saying she would fix it herself at home as she had been waiting just as long as I had. It is disappointing as some of the ladies were lovely but overall extremely disappointed.

I have come in today after I had finished work to treat myself as I have worked since 4am this morning, I wanted a Manicure and Pedicure with shellac, so once I got seated the lady started doing my toes and later on another lady started my Manicure whilst I was still seated, she’s cut my cuticles back far enough numerous fingers are swollen and two were bleeding, the lady laughed and didn’t apologise and they were stinging and were still bleeding by the time I left, the lady doing my toes did them incorrectly to how I asked and as I felt bad about saying anything because I’m not normally the type of customer that complains, I said she did them incorrectly but it’s too late now to fix them and she said “Oh sorry you did not say.” I left and showed my partner and he was just as infuriated he insisted I go back because your customers shouldn’t leave with bleeding cuticles?? After my Manicure was finished they asked if I wanted colour and I firmly said “No.” paid $60 and left and shortly returned when they started to bleed again. No customer should have to be mucked around like that.

The first lady I had was nice and gentle. Not even a quarter of the way through she swapped with an other. She was nice, but a little rough. I spent $85 on French tips. Definitely cheaper places that do the same quality work. Over all the service and nails I got were good.

My nails look amazing. I got acrylics in coffin shape with French tips and they look so good. A little pricey but definitely worth it. $85 for a full set with French

Had a really average experience getting a pedicure with my mum a Sparkle. The lady doing my pedicure appeared to be extremely bored, disinterested and even though we started at the same time, i was finished 15 minutes before my mum. It felt really rushed and not enjoyable.

The WORST nail salon, dirty and terrible customer service. Do not go here.Why can’t you just say “we’re busy, come back later”? They put my feet in dirty lukewarm water and I sat there for 30 minutes before anyone even approached me. Then they put my hands in a solution for another 30 minutes with a towel that was under someone else’s feet. I’d already waited over an hour for them to finish my toes, and then I had to try to maneuver, my feet one at a time under the light, because I had no hands and the staff were working on other people. I told them I had to leave and they charged me for “SNS takeoff”. See photo of the “takeoff”.Save yourselves, do not go here.

Removing my original shellac, they used the electric file and filed them down so much that my nails were bending, and they split one of the nails down the centre. They put a hardener on to make my nails stronger, but my natural nails are now ruined until they grow out. They also completely forgot to cut and shape my left hand, and when I said something they did a half job of shaping them, but at the end they were very obviously different lengths to my opposite hand. I said something again and they were dismissive but filed the ends down over the shellac and kept saying ‘I don’t know what you want me to do, they’re the same now’. Thoroughly disappointed and left on the border of tears.

Being mocked continuously about my choice, and them doing what they wanted despite my request. (And being charged more than I was advised. Which I could forgive if the work was actually good) It felt like having a dodgy used car salesman of a nails experience.I can’t believe I was berated the entire time and passed around like a hot potato, only for the final result to be slapped on and poor. I won’t be back
