Paid close to twice as much for “plant based” sweet n sour tofu option compared to chicken/beef small meal options only to discover it was all deep fried battered chicken- not tofu. I specifically asked but I guess the female staff member was more interested in eating her own lunch behind the counter than ensuring our order was correct. Kids meals were okay for half the price. Will not return. In response to owner reply- I have eaten tofu for 20+ years. I’m also familiar with chicken. This was 100% 2-3 day old tough chewy chicken. Just silly not to listen to customers who know what they’re talking about. Thanks!

This is our local “quick meal”. Time to change. There was minimal veggies. Looks nothing like the pictures advertised in store.

I've been to a few noodle box stores but this was the worst one.The chef was out the side of the store when I walked in at 12:30pm, prime time for lunch. The menu screens were flickering... I probably should have walked when I saw these signs, but i felt like noodles.There were very little vegetables other than shredded carrot in my noodles, and even that didn't quite taste right.I hope I won't get sick tomorrow.

I ordered yesterday a Chinese VegetableFried Rice- it was just plenty of rice, the egg, tofu, peas and bean shoots. They didn't add the broccoli nor carrots. Not gonna come here again anymore!!

Bought large teriyaki chicken, tasted about 5 small pieces of chicken, no veggies and a bucket load of noodles with hardly any sauce so extremely dry and gluggy. I’m guessing large means more noodles not extra everything. Buy noodle box very often and this was the worst

Terrible. Ordered takeaway Teriyaki and Black Bean and both dishes were just noodles, chicken and carrot. They were both advertised as having broccoli, bok choy and capcian. Also only had 5 pieces of chicken in each dish. For $20 a dish, this is appalling. Will never order again from noddle box

First time trying noodle box and it was amazing! We placed a large order over the phone and the chef was spot on with getting them all correct. Highly recommend these guys :)

UPDATE: I reached out to Conceptate who look after Noodlebox complaints and never got a response. It’s obvious they’re aware of the situation yet are okay with this sort of behaviour.What a disgusting store. I have never seen such a disgraceful attitude towards the staff. The “cook” who is probably the owner should lose his rights to run a noodlebox. The Young girl who made a mistake on our order and accidentally added onions. We told the girl straight away as she picked the items but the “cook” already started them in the wok. She told him and he yelled at her and said “TAKE THEM OUT” the girl then was picking the onion of our food. I instantly told the girl to not worry about it and we would do it instead.Any business who treats their staff this poorly does not deserve to be open.Mistakes happen and the girl was apologetic. The owner person who should be apologetic is noodlebox for having an abusive workplace.I can not support a business like this if they can’t support their employees.

A large Birthday order was made a with a number of different variety meals, absolutely fantastic service by the chef and even accommodated extra meals when the order was completed, we will be back for the next celebration within our work team.
