Me encanta.Comida mexicana real.Quieres comida de México y no texmex aquí es la lugar.Loved it. After living in the Southern Mexico of Oaxaca and peopke telling me try this mexican restaurant or that place.This little restaurant really takes me back.If you want to go and try real mexican food. Go here. If your from Mexico and miss home. Go here.Veronica and the staff are super friendly.I had heard of this place a few years ago and finally got the chance to go.I was not disappointed.And as soon as I can i will be back.Viva Mexico carbron!

My favourite place to eat when I visit Moranbah, amazing food, amazing staff and just gives that home cooked meal every time!Very sad it was closed today :(.

The service was incredible. My partner was up from the Gold Coast and we had a lovely evening at Mexicasa. Mains and desert was delicious, and I will definitely be back.

Not sure why the 5 star reviews. The food was just OK, was very expensive with all the hidden fees $10 surcharge for weekend and price increases that were not indicated on the menu I received with my order. The food we got had ingredients that were not stated on the menu. Just taking advantage for location.

An absolute must visit in the region. Authenticity. A total local gem that must be visited when in town on your swing. Veronica is so hospitable and personable. Gracias por la maravillosas noches senora.

MUST DO IN MORANBAH!!Mexicasa is a gem hidden in Moranbah! Can’t express it enough how unbelievably great the food is, and Veronica and Josh’s hospitality is equally unmatched. We felt so comfortable in there, and nothing was too much. Order off the menu or just ask for something unique (or vegetatian) and they gladly accomodate. It was such a great night of food, fun, dancing and great company. Can’t even choose which of the food we ordered is the best. Margaritas are awesome! They have the best tequila you can find anywhere, and all authentic hospitality. Like we were trully out in Mexico. Cant believe it took us this long to eat at here. We’ll definitely be regulars

Lucky to discover this place as no signage and not on main road. I had a great meal considering the very limited and poor food choices in the area and that Mexican is not my preferred meal.What really made my meal great was the super friendly and absolutely delightful host. Which I gather was the owner. As I am traveling for work so friendly staff make a big difference.I was given suggestions of what I may like. The food was great, tasty and came out quickly. I am sure if locals become aware of this restaurant the researant will enjoy a loyal following.
