I’ve been here before BUT NEVER AGAINI came in and asked for dark/chocolate brown all over colour, pretty simple..?I walked out with black hair! Not an easy fix. Not at all what I asked for and not happy. I will not be returning to this salon again. And would advise others not to attend.The staff came across as stressed and expressed they were overbooked.I would have agreed to reschedule if respectfully asked instead they rushed meaning they couldn’t do the simple requested job.

such friendly staff made sure you were taken care of. my hair was perfect, exactly what i had asked for and a very reasonable price in my opinion! also got piercings done there and never had an issue. would definitely recommend to everyone!

I have been going to here for a few years now and I see felicity every time.Felicity is someone with a great knowledge of the work she does.She always knows how to provide an excellent, friendly and wonderful service.I have had my hair done in a few different ways in which she has made look amazing every time.You are greeted nicely, offered a drink and usually given a chocolate also.Prices are great here for what is done.The staff also have a great knowledge of what’s great for aftercare in the store as well.I will keep coming back here as I am always happy with the service and place!

Always receive wonderful service. Every cut, every colour I’ve had, I walk out feeling like a million bucks. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Wendy is great, as are all the staff, and nothing is too much of a bother. They always have time to impart their wisdom and hair knowledge. Very happy.
