Thought I was going to one of the best dry-cleaners to get my daughter's $400 dress cleaned. Charged extra as there were stains ($41.05).Picked up today with stains still visible and a note to say nothing more can be done and no refund as no guarantees. The dress is ruined - unwearable!Clearly you don't always get what you pay for!!

Have been taking my work uniform here for over a year now. $20 for 4 items a week. This time dropped my shirts off and as always the very rude elderly owner took my shirts and said 4 items yes?" I replied with yes only 4 items that is all she says "1 extra item $5" no thank u just the 4. Chucks the order stub on the counter "pick up monday" and disappears into the back. Go to pick up my shirts.... same grumpy/rude old lady

Had 1 Ladies suit and 1 pair of pants dry-cleaned for $47.The Jacket still smells like sweat. Very unhappy with the service. Also not very friendly.

i took 2 doona s in to be cleaned they came back smelling of urine which they did not before i took them in to be freshened up as i do this each year sent them back for a second cleaned still came back smelling the staff member at the brighton road store was very rude as i had already paid when i took them the first time $67 .00 EACH I WILL NEVER US THEM AGAIN I WILL HAVE TO REPLACE THEM I ASKED A FRIEND TO SMELL THEM I DID NOT TELL HER WHY SHE SAID THE SAME THE STAFF MEMEBER TOLD ME IT DOESN;T MATTER ABOUT MY REVIEW AS SHE WILL BE ON HOLIDAY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
