I had to deal with Jodi Dingwell and her team over the last year. At one point she did not respond to emails for a prolonged time and I had to threaten going to Queensland Law Society to report her lack of responding, and I then got a swift response. Later she missed the 1 year deadline after a divorce- I had to threaten to not pay my partner to get a swift response and to then conclude the settlement. The settlement amounts did not change from start to finish but possibly got worse as the shares dropped in value over the year. Overall the legal service provided was unnecessarily long for a simple financial settlement for a couple with no kids and just cash and share assets.
