Anaconda Everton Park

This Anaconda seems to either lack staff or they are always busy. Been here multiple times for fishing gear to camping, the rear fishing and expensive electronic desk has never been staffed was looking at buying a few hundred dollars worth of gear. Ended up doing 3 laps after looking around at other stuff and hoping someone was there to help open glass displays, no one showed up. After just grabbing a few lures and fishing line heading to the counter there was a small line and the girl was having trouble getting through people wanting to do returns and people wanting to buy. I also had to point out that the item I was grabbing was marked down 3 times, she scanned the barcode close to 5 times at the wrong price and had to call the manager to sort. Not a bad place for gear just the customer attention is lacking.

My personal experience last night was most rewarding. On previous visits I have always found the staff most attentive in direct contrast to many large stores. Last night having bought items the friendly staff member offered to fit them for me. I highly recommend this store.

Terrible experience, me and a friend went inside to browse instantly this person started following us throughout the whole time there, we weren’t doing anything we were just looking around, then other staff members came along to follow us then when we were leaving all three staff members came to check our bags thoroughly they were hoping to find something, they did not they wasted their time and our time. I strongly recommend going to another anaconda if possible going to Everton park anaconda is a last resort.

Wow, this outlet is huge inside. Much bigger than other Anaconda shops I have visited. This is more like an Anaconda warehouse. Tents fully erected and so much stock up and on display as seen by the accompanying picture. Staff were especially pleasant to discuss products with too. They seem to have special prices here and there throughout the store. Quite good to be able to see things assembled and fully assembled before you buy.

First time at this store with no welcome just racist employees tracking me down and being extremely rude just because of how i look. Wasn't even aloud to sit down and rest while trying on shoes. I felt uncomfortable and judged , so I exited the store but got stopped by 4 employees that demanded to check every pocket of my bag hoping to find something but stupidly realised there was not even a speck of dust. Very embarrassing and unprofessional DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERTON PARK ANACONDAworst experience of my life please go to anaconda chermside instead!

Absolutely appalling customer service in relation to the return of a faulty (leaking) EvaKool esky purchased 5 days prior to return. Had to wait around while staff tested the esky for a leak and then got approval from the EvaKool(3rd party supplier ) to replace the faulty esky!Explanation from Management was that they were just following company process!Obviously Anaconda does not trust their “valued customers.” The product was reasonably priced but have never experienced such a pathetic returns policy/ process.

If you don't have enough information about equipment you can't find anyone better Ashlee in this store, I high recommend Ashlee and appreciate her. Going to Everton park Anaconda and buy with confidence because Ashlee is there to help you.

Product I was looking for wasn’t on display, finally found someone to help“It’s out the back”. Find similar product not priced! Found out price (price quoted was Adventure Club price, I had to join to get this price). Took to to service counter to pay. Huge queue with one person serving, taking ten minutes to pay.First and only time I’ll be going to Anaconda.

I'm raising this to two stars (barely) because my initial interaction with the gentleman at this store was extremely positive...But after I left, placed an Afterpay order, and the store wouldn't accept proof of purchase as enough to collect my order, and demanded photo ID (21 days away according to dept. transport), they refused to allow me to collect because the rules are the rules". So I'm now without a mattress
