I arrived just after 20.30 and checked in. I’mHere on business and dinner etc is meant to be included in my rate. I was told all restaurants next door that supply the hotel are closed with a frosty reception.The room looks clean but dated and there is a small of dog in the room. The hotel is also dated and not particularly clean in the lobby. Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch and I would recommend staying elsewhere.

A great location if attending going to a game at Bluebet Stadium. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's probably due for an upgrade but the beds are comfy and the shower is hot. As a solo traveller, I liked the added security lock on the door.

Am far from impressed the way my self 4 children and disabled partner were treated while staying at this establishment. If you have any children or special needs I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Stayed here recently. The rooms were lovely very well appointed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Front desk service was average, not the most pleasant people to greet you for your stay, very lack lustre. Being in such close vicinity to panthers leagues club the late night noise level was very disruptive to sleep, however if you are partying next door at the leagues club this would be the perfect place to rest your head when the night is over.

Great position and the staff are very helpful. The bed was a plank and the pillows lumpy (we barely slept). Don’t bother with the buffet breakfast in Panthers, it was ordinary at best. Not worth the money we spent!

Bed and pillows were rock hard. Shower could do with new shower rose. Staff and location were excellent

Our stay was great however we got a room on level one with zero views and it was very noisy from other rooms and the club until around 3.30am.Great waste pressure, comfy bed, soft towels.Room 107 shower door does not close and water floods the floor, also zero privacy when your on the toilet.
