Definitely would recommend anyone looking/wanting a Honda car, to purchase from here!. My experience with sales consultant, Charles was pleasant. He made the whole experience of purchasing a new car smooth and easy for me. I have little to no experience with these types of things, especially anything to do with cars. I'm glad I went to this specific Honda Store for a new car, as they really go above and beyond for you.Also would like to thank Desmond for assisting when Charles was unavailable.

Picked up my 2023 Honda Civic Type-R from these fine folk at Peter Warren. During the 8 month wait, Charles (my appointed sales person) answered every single nagging question I had during that time and completed every single thing I requested promptly and efficiently - right to the day I picked my car up. I cannot recommend these guys enough and their quality of care for the customer is second to none!

Had a very poor experience with the authorised service centre for Honda. Brought my car in for a service and diagnostic check - whatever happened during the service and check caused some interior lights (shifting lights, air con lights) and footwell lights to no longer function - was working perfectly fine before the service. Called up next available day they were open and brought my car in to have it fixed - got a message later the afternoon saying it was fixed but it was going to cost a couple of hundred dollars. Thought it was absolutely ridiculous that I was being asked to pay for an issue that was caused during the service and by no fault of my own - had also not been informed upfront of the cost. After a bit of back and forth, decided to not charge me for the labour but for the parts which I obliged. Extremely disappointed by this and would have thought a big service centre had provisions and warranty in place for their service. Clerk who helped was polite but company policy and quality processes need to be reviewed.

The customer service is personal and was thoroughly taken through the step by step process for purchasing the vehicle.Charles ensured we were kept upto date.
